Bristol Bay Seafood Shipping Policies
NOTE: Currently, we cannot ship to addresses outside the continental USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Perishable (frozen) items are shipped by FedEX Next Day Standard Priority air, Monday through Wednesday, unless otherwise requested. The delivery day depends upon when your order was placed. All orders will be shipped within 48 business hours under normal circumstances.
When will my Perishable (frozen seafood) items arrive?
All times are Eastern Standard Time:
Regular Shipping Guidelines
- Orders placed between 8 am Wednesday and 8am Monday will ship Monday to arrive on Tuesday.
- Orders placed after 8am Monday through Tuesday 8 am will ship Tuesday to arrive on Wednesday.
- Orders placed after 8 am Tuesday through 8 am Wednesday will ship Wednesday to arrive on Thursday
- Overnight orders placed after 10 amThursday or through the weekend will ship Monday.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
In most cases, if no one is home, couriers will leave the package at your door. If you have very specific delivery needs, please call Customer Service at 1-888-532-3892 for assistance.
Handling
Products should be frozen upon receipt. Slightly thawed sealed portions may be safely refrozen with no loss of quality or nutritional value. Keep products frozen until you are ready to use, all of our frozen products are best consumed within 6 months of receipt.
Holiday Order Deadlines
These are the last-chance order dates for in-time holiday delivery. All are “weather permitting”.
To be safe, we suggest you place your orders as much before these dates as possible.

Holiday Shipping Guidelines (Thanksgiving through New Year's Day.)
Delivery dates become less precise during the holidays. In addition to the Holiday Order Deadlines at the top of this page, please note the following:
- Perishable orders placed after 10am Pacific Time Wednesday and through the weekend will ship the following week.
- Perishable orders placed Monday, Tuesday, and before 10am Pacific Time Wednesday, will ship the same week.
- Perishable orders upgraded to Overnight service and Non-Perishable orders upgraded to 2nd Day or Overnight service will ship at the earliest opportunity, Monday though 10am on Thursday (Pacific Time).
