Keep our frozen products FROZEN! All of our frozen products are best consumed within 6 months of receipt. Consume our non-smoked salmon, halibut, and shrimp within 1 day of thawing.
Fresh Frozen Salmon and Halibut:
When you are ready to have some great seafood: remove frozen fish portions from the vacuum-packs before thawing and thaw covered under refrigeration. You can also quickly thaw in the microwave by first removing from vacuum-pack. And believe it or not – it’s easy to cook our salmon and halibut direct from frozen! See below.
Shrimp:
Can be quickly by running under cold running water.
Smoked Salmon
- Unopened vacuum-packed smoked salmon packages have a REFRIGERATED shelf life of about 2 weeks.
- After opening, smoked Salmon is best consumed within 3 days.Product may contain bones.
